Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused and sealed product within 14 days. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for postage of any returned items. Once we receive the returned item Unknown Collector will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original sealed packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Items are not eligible for a refund unless all above conditions have been met.

Cancellations and Order Amendments Policy

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. Please note that alterations to your order may result in a delay in dispatching. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Please be aware that we take no liability for any supplementary costs incurred by you, the customer, caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders. These costs may be recovered from the delivery company dependant on chosen delivery option during checkout.
